I guide immersive nature events that awaken sensory experiences and a deeper relationship with nature. My practice is inspired by forest bathing, a phrase translated from the Japanese phrase shinrin-yoku which means immersing yourself in a natural setting. My events often focus on the nature that exists in everyday urban green spaces.

Nature therapy is a form of healing that involves gathering outdoors to simply be present in nature, awakening the senses, and sharing about what we are noticing in a supportive community space.

To heal ourselves we must also heal our relationship with the land, in community with each other. I organize events on land colonially known as Boston that is the ancestral land of the Massachusett tribe, in a city that was built upon the unpaid labor, enslavement, and exploitation of Africans and their descendants. I encourage all to support these local projects:
